Come train with Brian Worthy, StrongFirst Level 1 Certified Kettlebell Instructor. Each class will consist of a dynamic mobility warm-up, skills practice, a strength workout, endurance building finisher, and a cool down. In addition to learning how to handle a kettlebell safely, we will learn tips and tricks for tension/relaxation, breathing, and power generation that carry over in sport, the gym, or in your active life.
This is a six (6) week class that will meet twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 a.m.

StrongFirst is the worldwide leader in kettlebell training. During this 6 week class we will dive into the 6 essential kettlebell movements: Swing, Turkish Getup, Overhead Press, Squat, Clean, and Snatch.
